Our company, which started its operations in 1975 in the city center of Aydın on an area of ​​15,000 square meters under the name AYDIN ​​TRANSMISSION FORGING SANAYI VE TİCARET A.Ş., moved to the Torbalı district of Izmir in 2010 and continues its production activities in its own place under the name SCAYSAN ZİNCİR SANAYI VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.'

With the knowledge and experience it has gained since its establishment and the foreign capital partnership that took place in 1999, it has become capable of producing its own technology.

Our company has completed the organizational system and structuring required for basic engineering functions such as research and development, project engineering, heat treatment process control, planning and quality control. It is pleased to announce that, as of October 1, 2024, its already extensive chain production range will be enriched with a new range of conveyor belts, made up of different types of bridges that allow interchangeability with classic wire mesh belts. These special belts are available in many versions, including bright, copper-coated, teflon-coated or stainless steel versions, depending on the customer's needs.

Our company has made numerous investments since 2007 to increase its quality and competitiveness; these include the purchase of two CNCs in 2007 and the construction of three warehouses with a total closed area of 10,000 m2 in 2012.

The importance it gives to finished product quality and customer satisfaction has always made SCAYSAN different. Our company received ISO 9001 certificate, then it was updated to the new Vision 2000 regulation and in 2011 it was brought into compliance with ISO 9001:2008 certificate and then the new ISO 9001:2015 regulation.
